What is Aluminium Wheels?
Aluminium wheels (alloy wheels) are the cast aluminium wheels from cars and vans. They are typically made from aluminium alloy A356 and weigh 8-12kg each. Wheels must be removed from tyres before scrapping. The valve stem and balancing weights should also be removed.
Tips for Best Price
- Remove tyres before taking to the yard. Most yards won't accept wheels with tyres.
